The Influence of Maverannahr Traditions on the Social Life of Medieval Egypt (1250–1517)

This monograph is dedicated to the study of the Mamluk Sultanate in Egypt (1250-1517). The work analyzes its socio-political history, its relations with the Timurids, and its cultural heritage, including the architecture of the Bahri and Burji eras. Special attention is given to the role of the Turkic language in the Mamluk state and its influence on the social life of Egyptian women. The research is based on an analysis of the works of renowned medieval historians and modern Arabic and Western scholars, making it a valuable source of information for specialists and anyone interested in the history and culture of Egypt.
