Political technology in international relations

The activity of central and peripheral media gives a unique character to this ideological competition. In particular, in many democratic countries, local power is controlled by opposition forces and corresponding media, and this is usually reflected in creating information barriers to central channel telecasts and hindering central press. In some cases, the local media system has private television channels, a publishing market instead of local press, and others.
