FAMOUS PEOPLE OF ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES

This guidebook is intended for the bachelor degree students of the non-philological directions of the higher educational institutions and all learners who are learning English more deeply. The guidebook is aimed at bettering four main skills: reading, listening, writing skills, developing oral speech, improving and strengthening vocabulary of the students and it also helps to teach them to talk on different topics. The guidebook gives information about the life of the famous people of the English speaking countries and their contributions to the world science, civilization and culture. As such there are pre-reading, while-reading and post-reading tasks for strengthening in each unit, questions concerning to the texts and additional questions for discussion.
